Sell, get paid, keep the books and grow — all in one Hensa.

7 a.m., twelve coffees in the queue, and a customer holds up their phone: "Can I just transfer?" Sure. They scan, the money goes straight to your account, and Hensa tells you and writes it in the books.

Money goes straight to your bank account. Hensa never holds a single dong.

One trading day

Sell · Collect · Know · Grow

The same four jobs, every day. Hensa does all four in one set of books, so a sale becomes money and money becomes books on its own.

  1. 01Sell
  2. 02Collect
  3. 03Know
  4. 04Grow

01 — Sell

Walk-in or over chat, one menu for both.

Add an item once. Sell it at the counter, or send customers a link to order over Zalo or Facebook. The day you put the price of a bac xiu up, change it in one place and it changes everywhere.

02 — Collect

Know the money is in. No banking app needed.

Every order gets a QR code for the exact amount. When the customer pays, Hensa tells you right away and matches it to the right order. If they type "sent!" as the transfer note, no problem: match it by hand in a couple of taps. Several bank accounts, one place to look.

03 — Know

No adding up the books tonight.

How much you sold today, how much in cash, how much by transfer, at the counter or through links. Open it and it’s there, updated with every payment. E-invoices will be issued straight from the order, through a licensed e-invoice provider.

04 — Grow

Steady books are what lenders want to see.

Sell steadily month after month and Hensa keeps a sales history checked against the money that came in. When you need funds for a second branch, Hensa introduces you to funding partners. Your data only leaves when you tap agree.

One set of books for everything

Five apps, and none of them talk to each other.

The banking app to check the money. A notebook for orders. A spreadsheet to add it all up at night. Each knows one piece, and you are the one copying between them.

With Hensa
  1. 01

    Write it once

An item on your menu works at the counter, in payment links, and later on invoices too.

  2. 02

    It joins up by itself

Payments find their order. Orders land in your reports. Nobody copies anything.

  3. 03

    One place to look

What sold today, what came in, what is still waiting. One screen.

Why not just use the banking app?

Your banking app says money came in. Hensa runs the business around it.

A banking app only knows its own account, and only that some money arrived. Which order it was for, which table, it has no idea.

Hensa doesn’t replace your bank. Money still goes straight to your bank account; Hensa takes care of the books.

Our commitments

What you earn stays where it belongs.

It starts with a few counters in Vietnam, and goes further with you.

  1. 01

    Hensa never holds your money

Customers pay straight into the account in your name. Hensa only reads the notice that money arrived, to match the order and tell you.

  2. 02

    Licensed partners for every job

Bank connections, e-invoices, funding: Hensa works with organisations licensed to do exactly that job.

  3. 03

Your books, shown to whoever you choose

Nobody sees your sales figures unless you tap agree. Change your mind and switch it off, any time.

Asked a lot

What shop owners usually ask us.

Does Hensa hold my money?

No. Customers pay straight into your bank account. Hensa only receives the notice that money came in, to match it to the order and tell you.

Do my customers need the Hensa app?

No. They scan with whatever banking app they already use, like any transfer.

Which banks does it work with?

You can link several accounts. When you link one, Hensa shows the list of supported banks.

Does it cost anything?

Not during Beta. When there is a price list, Hensa will tell you before Beta ends.

Can it issue e-invoices?

Not yet. Hensa plans to issue invoices straight from the order, through a licensed e-invoice provider.

Does Hensa lend money?

No. Hensa doesn’t lend. When funding arrives, Hensa will introduce you to funding partners, and only send your figures if you agree.
