About Hensa

Small sellers deserve a decent set of books.

Every day, a great many shops in Vietnam take payments by bank transfer, yet the books are still kept by eye: reading bank messages, checking transfer notes, adding it all up at night. Hensa does that part so you can get on with selling.

Why Hensa exists

  1. 01

Plenty of money in, books in pieces

Banking app, notebook, spreadsheet, sales software. Each knows one part and none of them talk to each other.

  2. 02

    Steady sales, hard to prove

Sales are scattered across banks and notebooks. When it’s time to borrow, many have nothing to show and end up with expensive informal loans.

  3. 03

Digital books are becoming a must

New rules for household businesses are pushing everyone towards e-invoices (details to be verified). Tidy books now save a lot of pain later.

Hensa runs as a loop

Collecting payments is the way in, and free during Beta. Every payment matches an order and becomes books you can check. Those books, with your consent, are what help you reach funding through partners.

  1. Collect: Know when money lands, orders matched
  2. Sell: One menu for the counter and for links
  3. Know: Books that fill themselves in daily
  4. Grow: A sales history for funding reviews

Five things Hensa sticks to

  1. 01

    Never holding your money

What customers pay goes straight to the account in your name. Hensa only reads the notice that money arrived, to match the order.

  2. 02

No toll booth between you and your customers

Most bank transfers in Vietnam are free (to be verified). Hensa takes no percentage of what customers pay.

  3. 03

Your books, you decide who sees them

Figures go to someone only when you tap agree, and you can withdraw that at any time.

  4. 04

Licensed work goes to licensed partners

Hensa does not lend money or issue invoices itself. Those go through licensed partners.

  5. 05

    One step at a time

Do one job well for one kind of shop before moving on. Starting with Vietnam.
