Hensa POSIn the works

Sell at the counter. The money shows up on the register.

Hensa POS runs on an iPad, an Android phone or an Android POS terminal. Tap the items, let the customer scan, and "Money in" appears on the register itself. Hands busy making coffee? No need to pick up your phone.

Whatever the counter needs.

Each of these is something that happens at the counter every single day.

  1. 01

    QR that confirms itself

When the customer scans, the register shows "Money in" and closes the sale. No squinting at screenshots, no asking twice.

  2. 02

    Keeps selling offline

Patchy connection? Keep selling for cash as usual, change worked out for you. Orders send themselves once the connection is back, never twice.

  3. 03

Sugar, ice, toppings in one tap

Sugar level, ice and toppings are preset per item. A regular says "the usual" and you’re done.

  4. 04

    Shifts that add up

Count the float in, count the drawer out, and the register shows the difference. Each shift stands on its own.

  5. 05

Voids and refunds need a manager PIN

A paid sale can only be voided or refunded with a manager’s PIN and a reason. Every one is logged.

  6. 06

    Receipts by QR code

After payment the register shows a QR code and a receipt link. Customers scan it to see the receipt on their phone – the code shows even offline.

One sale at the counter

  1. 01

    Tap the items

Items grouped by category, quick search, sizes and toppings.

  2. 02

    Take payment

Self-confirming QR or cash. Half and half is fine too.

  3. 03

    Done

Money in on the register, the customer scans for the receipt, sale in the books.

Sales and payments, one set of books.

Every POS sale is matched to the payment that settles it. You see what sells and which shift takes the most, and you build a sales history checked against real payments, something a bank can’t see, for a future funding review through partners.
