For people paying
Just paid through Hensa?
You transferred money straight to the shop with your own banking app. Hensa is software the shop uses to see that the money arrived and match it to your order. Hensa never holds your money.
Where your money went
- 01
You scanned the code
With the banking app you already use, like any transfer.
- 02
The money went straight to the shop
From your account to the bank account in the shop’s name. No Hensa wallet in between.
- 03
Hensa told the shop
The shop sees that you paid and your order is marked as paid.
How to spot the real page
- The address starts with pay.hensa.vnHensa’s payment pages always live at this address. If the address looks different, stop.
- The shop name says "Verified"It means Hensa has checked that this shop really receives money into that account. Before you confirm the transfer, your banking app shows the name of the receiving account holder. If it matches the shop or its owner, go ahead.
- Hensa never asks for passwords or OTP codesThe payment page only shows a QR code and the amount. Anyone asking for your password, OTP or card number is not Hensa.
If something looks wrong
I paid but the page hasn’t updated
Give it a moment. The page updates by itself when the shop receives the money, no reload needed. If it takes too long, show the shop the receipt in your banking app.
I paid too little
The page shows how much is missing. Send the rest with the same transfer note.
I paid too much
The page shows the extra amount. The shop has been told and will contact you about it.
The code expired but I paid anyway
Late payments are still recorded for the shop. Let the shop know so they can check.
I want a refund
Contact the shop. The money is in the shop’s account, so refunds are the shop’s decision to make and carry out.
Think it’s a scam?
If someone used a page that looks like Hensa Pay to trick you, don’t send any more money. Report it to Hensa by email with the link and a screenshot.
Do you sell things too?
The shop you just paid uses Hensa. You can use it for free during Beta too.
